Belkin Connect USB-C Audio + Charge Adapter — 60W Pass-Through
One USB-C port becomes two60 W pass-through powerEither port does audio or chargePlug and play, no drivers
The Belkin Connect USB-C Audio + Charge Adapter (part number F7U081BTWH) solves the problem created when phones and tablets dropped the headphone jack and left a single USB-C port: listen and charge at the same time. It plugs into one USB-C port and gives you two USB-C female ports, with up to 60 W of pass-through power. Either port will take the charger or the headphones — you do not have to remember which way round it goes. It is plug and play with no drivers or app, it is Fast Charge compatible, and at 140 mm long it is short enough to tuck behind a phone in a car mount or a desk stand.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This adapter requires a device with an audio-enabled USB-C port — that is, one that outputs analogue or digital audio over USB-C. Belkin has tested it with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+, Huawei P30 and P30 Pro, Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd generation and iPad Pro 11-inch. It carries USB-C audio, not a 3.5 mm jack: use USB-C headphones, or your own USB-C to 3.5 mm dongle in one of the two ports. Belkin notes it is not compatible with Sony-made USB-C to 3.5 mm headphone adapters. Pass-through charging is up to 60 W, which covers phones, tablets and light laptops.
Best For
✓ Anyone on a long call who also needs the phone charging
✓ USB-C headphone users whose phone has only one port
✓ Commuters listening to music with the phone on a car charger
✓ iPad Pro users who want audio and power at the same time
✓ People tired of choosing between listening and charging
✓ Anyone who wants a fix that needs no drivers or setup
Key Features
One port becomes two
A single USB-C male plug into the phone, two USB-C female ports out. That is the whole idea: the port stops being a choice between audio and power.
60 W pass-through
Not a trickle. 60 W is laptop-class Power Delivery, so the phone or tablet charges at its normal rate while audio runs through the other port.
Either port, either job
Both ports handle audio and charging, so there is no correct orientation to remember in the dark or while driving.
Plug and play
No drivers, no app, no pairing. It works the moment it is plugged in, which is what you want from an adapter that lives permanently on the end of a cable.

Singular Expert Insight
This is a category that only exists because of a design decision: one port, two jobs. What separates a good adapter here from a bad one is the pass-through wattage, and 60 W is generous — many splitters cap at 18 W or 30 W, which means a tablet slowly loses charge during a long call. The other thing worth reading carefully is that the audio side is USB-C, not a 3.5 mm jack. If your headphones are 3.5 mm you still need a dongle in one of the ports, and Belkin explicitly excludes Sony’s. See our USB-C cables and adapters and our headphones range.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
Your phone or tablet has one USB-C port and you regularly need audio and power at the same time.
Skip it if
You want a 3.5 mm headphone jack on the adapter itself, or your device does not support audio over USB-C.
Also consider
USB-C headphones, or a non-Sony USB-C to 3.5 mm dongle if yours are wired, and a 60 W USB-C charger to make use of the full pass-through rating.
