Brennenstuhl Premium-Line 19-Inch Rack Power Strip — 8 Schuko Sockets
19-inch format8x Schuko at 45°No switch — always onMade in Germany
The Brennenstuhl Premium-Line 19-inch power strip (1156057028) is an 8-way Schuko socket strip in 19-inch format for network and server cabinets, made in Germany with a highly break-resistant plastic housing in light grey with a black frame. It carries up to 3500 W at 230 V on a 3 m H05VV-F 3G1.5 cable with a Schuko angle plug — long enough to reach a wall outlet or floor box outside the cabinet.
This version has no switch: the sockets are always live, which is what you want in a cabinet where routers, switches or NAS units must never be powered down by an accidental press. Brennenstuhl also sells the same strip with an illuminated switch (1156057018).
Before you order: Cyprus wall outlets are BS 1363 (Type G). This product has a Schuko (CEE 7/7) plug, so it needs a Schuko outlet or a properly rated Type G adapter; a fused 13 A adapter caps the total load at roughly 3,000 W.
What's in the Box
- 1x Brennenstuhl Premium-Line 19-inch extension lead for cabinets, 8-way, grey/black, with fixed 3 m cable and Schuko angle plug
What It Means in Practice
- Eight Schuko outlets feed the typical mix of routers, modems, switches and NAS adapters in an office cabinet.
- The 3 m cable reaches outlets outside the rack without an extra extension lead.
- No switch means no risk of a cleaner or colleague turning the network off by mistake.
- 3500 W is the total for all eight sockets.
What Will Not Work
- Direct use in a Cyprus Type G wall socket without a Schuko outlet or rated adapter.
- Servers or PDUs with IEC C13/C14 cords — choose a C13-outlet strip.
- Surge protection or overload breaker — neither is built in.
- Outdoor or damp locations — IP20.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
The Premium-Line is a sturdy, German-made option for cabinets fed from a wall outlet, and the 3 m cable is a real advantage when the socket is outside the rack. Decide on switch or no switch first, then see our other rack accessories for shelves and cable management.
✓ Buy it if you need eight Schuko outlets in a 19-inch cabinet with a long 3 m supply cable.
✕ Skip it if your devices use IEC cords, or you need surge protection.
→ Also consider the same strip with switch (1156057018) or the Alu-Line 19.500 A surge version.
