The Brennenstuhl Alu-Line 19-inch extension lead for switch cabinets (1390007118) is an 8-way Schuko socket strip whose 2 m cable ends in an IEC C14 plug instead of a wall plug. It is designed to be fed from a UPS, PDU or other IEC C13 outlet, distributing that supply to devices that come with Schuko plugs and power adapters.
An automatic 10 A circuit breaker protects the strip, matching the 10 A limit of the C14 connection, and the total load is 2300 W at 230 V. The eight earthed sockets sit at 45° with increased touch protection in a silver/red aluminium profile for 19-inch racks.
Before you order: This strip has an IEC C14 plug, not a wall plug: it connects to a C13 outlet on a UPS or PDU. It will not plug into a Cyprus Type G or Schuko wall socket.
