The Brother TJ-6521TN is a 6-inch industrial label printer that prints up to 168 mm wide at 300 dpi and 254 mm per second, made for warehouses, production lines and shipping areas that print pallet labels, GHS chemical labels and large barcode labels all shift long. It prints by thermal transfer with a ribbon for durable labels, or direct thermal without a ribbon for short-life shipping labels.

It takes media rolls up to 208 mm outside diameter and a 450 m ribbon, so operators change consumables less often. A 4.3-inch colour touchscreen handles setup at the printer, and USB, 10/100 Ethernet and RS-232C serial are built in for connection to a PC, network or legacy equipment.

• Labels up to 168 mm wide cover A6 shipping labels (105 x 148 mm) and wide pallet or drum labels in one pass.
• At 300 dpi, small 2D codes and fine text on chemical (GHS) labels stay readable by scanners.
• Thermal transfer with wax, wax-resin or resin ribbon gives labels that survive handling, cold storage or abrasion; direct thermal is cheaper for labels that live only days.
