The Brother LT-330CL is a genuine optional lower paper tray that adds 250 sheets of 80 g/m2 paper to Brother's business colour laser printers, including the HL-L8260CDW, HL-L8360CDW, HL-L9310CDW, DCP-L8410CDW, MFC-L8690CDW, MFC-L8900CDW, MFC-L9570CDW and the HL-L9430CDN / HL-L9470CDN / MFC-L96x0CDN range. It suits offices that want a second paper source loaded with a different size or letterhead, or simply fewer refills.
The tray sits underneath the printer: lift the printer onto it and it becomes Tray 2 (or Tray 3 / Tray 4 when stacked). Depending on the model, up to three LT-330CL trays can be added.
Before you order: Check the maximum combination for your model. HL-L8260CDW, DCP-L8410CDW and MFC-L8690CDW accept only LT-330CL trays (up to 3) and cannot take the larger LT-340CL.

What It Means in Practice
- Holds up to 250 sheets of 80 g/m2 plain paper - about half a ream - so a second size (for example A5 or Legal) or a second paper type can stay loaded permanently.
- Paper weight 60-105 g/m2: plain, letterhead, coloured, thin and recycled paper. Heavier card, labels and envelopes still go through the manual feed slot or MP tray of the printer.
- After installing, select the new tray as a paper source in the printer driver so jobs can be routed to it.
What Will Not Work
- Not for compact colour models such as HL-L3220CW, HL-L3270CDW, DCP-L3550CDW or MFC-L3750CDW, and not for HL-L8230CDW / HL-L8240CDW, which Brother does not list for LT-330CL.
- It will not accept heavy card above 105 g/m2, labels or envelopes.
- It does not add duplex, stapling or extra output capacity - only input capacity.
