Brother PA-SS-001 Shoulder Strap for RuggedJet RJ-2 / RJ-3
On-body printingRJ-2035B / RJ-3055WBGenuine BrotherMetal clip
The Brother PA-SS-001 is the genuine shoulder strap with adaptor for Brother's RuggedJet Go 2-inch and 3-inch mobile printers - the RJ-2035B, RJ-2055WB, RJ-3035B and RJ-3055WB. It lets drivers, field engineers and retail staff carry the printer on the body and print receipts or labels with both hands free.
The kit combines a fabric shoulder strap with an adaptor that attaches to the printer, secured with a metal clip, so the printer stays put while you walk, climb or work at a counter.
Before you order: Brother lists PA-SS-001 only for the RJ-2035B, RJ-2055WB, RJ-3035B and RJ-3055WB. It is not listed for the RJ-3230B / RJ-3250WB or the RJ-4 series.
What's in the Box
- 1 × fabric shoulder strap with metal clip
- 1 × printer adaptor
- No printer, battery or media included
What It Means in Practice
- Keeps the printer at hip height for one-handed tear-off of receipts and labels during deliveries or stock checks.
- Reduces drops: the printer is attached to the user instead of balanced on a vehicle seat or shelf.
What Will Not Work
- Not for RuggedJet RJ-3230B, RJ-3250WB, RJ-4230B, RJ-4250WB or PocketJet printers.
- It is not a protective case and does not add drop or water protection beyond the printer's own rating.
- It does not include a printer, battery or charger.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
For couriers and field service teams the shoulder strap is a small purchase that prevents the most common cause of mobile printer damage - drops. Make sure your printer is one of the four RuggedJet Go models listed. Media and other extras are in our printer accessories range.
✓ Buy it if your team uses RJ-2035B, RJ-2055WB, RJ-3035B or RJ-3055WB printers on the move.
✕ Skip it if you use RJ-3230B, RJ-3250WB, RJ-4 series or PocketJet printers.
→ Also consider Brother power adapters for RuggedJet and PocketJet printers in our range.
Not sure it fits? Send us the exact model of your printer (it is printed on the front panel or on the rating label) and we will check compatibility before you order.
