The Brother BPA-PRM-004 is the genuine replacement platen roller for Brother's Titan industrial label printers — the TJ-4420TN, TJ-4422TN, TJ-4520TN and TJ-4522TN.
The platen roller presses labels and ribbon against the printhead and drives the media; once it is worn, flattened or nicked you get uneven print, skewing and feed problems.
Before you order: For the Titan TJ-4420TN / TJ-4422TN / TJ-4520TN / TJ-4522TN only. The TJ-4005DN / TJ-4020TN / TJ-4021TN / TJ-4120TN / TJ-4121TN use the BPA-PRL-004 platen roller instead.
