The Canon Inner Finisher-F1 is an internal finisher for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2200 series (C2220L, C2225, C2230) that adds collate, group, offset and staple modes without increasing the MFP footprint.
It sits inside the output area, so stapled sets come out ready to hand out.
Before you order: Canon requires the 3 Way Unit-C1 to attach the Inner Finisher-F1, and it cannot be fitted together with the Inner 2Way Tray-F1. Order the 3 Way Unit-C1 too if your MFP does not have it.

What It Means in Practice
- Stapling on A3, A4 and A4R only: up to 50 sheets (A4) or 30 sheets (A3/A4R); corner or double staple.
- Output sizes: 305 × 457 mm, SRA3, A3, A4, A4R, A5, A5R and envelopes; custom 99 × 139.7 to 320 × 457.2 mm.
- Envelopes, transparencies, tracing paper and labels cannot be stapled.
- Optional Copy Tray-J1 (2nd output) and Inner Finisher Additional Tray-A1 (3rd output) are available.
What Will Not Work
- Installation without the 3 Way Unit-C1.
- Use together with the Inner 2Way Tray-F1.
- Other series: the C5500 II, 4500 III and C3500 III use Inner Finisher-H1, J1 and K1 respectively.
