The Canon 6453C001 is the original PFI-3700 PGY Photo Grey ink tank: 700 ml of LUCIA PRO II pigment ink for Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2600/4600/6600 large-format printers. Photo Grey is one of the two grey inks in the 12-colour set and gives neutral black-and-white prints and smooth highlight detail.
The 700 ml tank is the largest of the three sizes Canon makes for this ink (PFI-3100 PGY 160 ml, PFI-3300 PGY 330 ml, PFI-3700 PGY 700 ml). The ink inside is the same; the bigger tank lowers the cost per millilitre and means fewer tank changes on busy printers.
Before you order: This tank fits only the 12-colour PRO-2600, PRO-4600 and PRO-6600. It does not fit the GP-2600S/4600S/6600S (no Photo Grey in their ink set) or the older PRO-2000/4000/6000 and PRO-2100/4100/6100, which use PFI-1700 PGY.
