The Cisco PWR-C1-1100WAC-P= is the 1100 W AC Platinum-certified power supply module (spare) for Cisco Catalyst 9300, 9300L and 9300X switches. It is the default supply on the UPOE and high-PoE models and an upgrade option for the PoE+ C9300-24P/48P, used to replace a failed unit, add redundancy or increase the PoE budget.
It accepts 115–240 V AC (47–63 Hz) and delivers 1100 W. Cisco allows mixing Platinum, Titanium and non-certified PWR-C1 modules in the same switch, so it can sit next to an older PWR-C1-1100WAC. Modules are hot-swappable, with the usual caution that powered devices may drop when a supply is pulled under full PoE load.
Before you order: Not for Catalyst 9300LM — Cisco supports only PWR-C6 supplies there. Not for Catalyst 9200 (PWR-C5) or 9400 chassis.

What It Means in Practice
- PoE with a single 1100 W supply, per Cisco: 822 W on C9300-48U/48H, 830 W on C9300-24U/24H, 890 W on C9300L-48PF, 735 W on C9300X-24HX.
- On a C9300-48P (PoE+), fitting this module as the upgrade supply gives a PoE budget of 822 W, per Cisco.
- Platinum certification means less wasted heat than the non-P PWR-C1-1100WAC at the same 1100 W output.
- On modular-uplink C9300/C9300X, StackPower lets supplies in a stack share power; the C9300L has no StackPower.
- Fill an empty bay with a blank cover to keep airflow correct.
What Will Not Work
- Not compatible with Catalyst 9300LM, 9200/9200L or 9400.
- Not a DC supply.
- Removing it from a single-supply switch under PoE load cuts power to connected devices — plan swaps with a redundant module installed.
- Not usable outside the switch.
