The Cisco Catalyst C1300-12XT-2X is a 14-port 10 Gigabit managed Layer 3 switch, combining twelve 10GBASE-T copper ports with two 10G SFP+ uplinks for 280 Gbps of switching. Non-PoE and aimed at high-bandwidth aggregation, it brings 10G copper to servers, NAS and multi-gig backbones at an SMB price. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a non-PoE data switch - powered devices need a separate PoE injector or switch. The two SFP+ uplinks and any 10G copper runs need appropriate transceivers/DAC cables (SFP+ sold separately) and Cat6a cabling for full 10GBASE-T reach. This is the base Catalyst 1300 (static and RIP routing) - for OSPF choose the 1300X series. A dedicated out-of-band management port is provided.
