Compatibility — check before buying:
Ports are 24 × 10GBASE-T copper, of which 4 are combo with 4 × 10G SFP+ (use copper or fiber on the combo ports, not both) — SFP+ transceivers are sold separately. This is a non-PoE switch (the XT designation); for PoE choose a Catalyst 1300 -P model. Routing is Layer 3 lite — inter-VLAN routing, IPv4/IPv6 static routing and RIP (no OSPF/BGP; step up to a Catalyst 9000 for those). 1U rack-mountable, managed via GUI, CLI and Cisco Business Dashboard.
