The Cisco Headset 721 is a single-ear Bluetooth headset with a USB adapter, two beamforming microphones and up to 23 hours of talk time, designed for office and hybrid workers who live in Webex or other softphones but still need to hear the room around them. This carbon-black bundle includes the adapter, cable and travel case.
The USB adapter connects to your computer out of the box, while the headset can also pair with your mobile, holding two devices at the same time. A dedicated Webex button joins meetings with one press. This is the standard version; Cisco sells the Teams-certified model separately as the 721Q.
Before you order: Cisco changed the adapter in this bundle in March 2025: newer units ship with a USB-C adapter plus a USB-A converter, older stock with a USB-A adapter. Either way it fits both port types; ask us if you need to know which one your unit has.

What Will Not Work
- No active noise cancellation; the noise reduction is on the microphone side.
- No charging stand in this bundle: the stand version is HS-WL-721-BUNAS-C, and the stand is also sold as a spare.
- Not Microsoft Teams certified; the Teams version is the Headset 721Q.
- No 3.5 mm jack and no direct desk-phone cable.
