The Cisco IP Phone 7841 is a four-line enterprise desk phone for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM 12.5 and later) and Cisco HCS. It has a 3.5-inch 396 x 162 backlit greyscale display, a wideband handset and speakerphone, an RJ9 headset port and a two-port Gigabit switch so the PC keeps full speed. Power comes from PoE Class 1.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the Enterprise (CUCM) version. It will not register to Webex Calling or generic SIP providers as shipped — for those, order CP-7841-3PCC-K9=, which looks identical. On CUCM it needs an Enhanced User Connect Licence. Cisco lists the power adapter as a separate part (Cisco Power Adapter 3, UK version CP-PWR-ADPT-3-S-UK=): power the phone from a PoE switch (Class 1) or order the adapter. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.
