The Cisco AIR-ACCPMK3700-2= is the pole mounting bracket for the Cisco IW3702 industrial wireless access point. Cisco’s IW3702 mounting guide documents it for poles from 2 to 16 inches (5.1 to 40.6 cm) in diameter, strapped to the pole with two 0.75 in (1.9 cm) stainless-steel bands. The kit consists of a pole clamp bracket, two strap brackets, a mounting bracket for the access point, M8 bolts with washers, M8 nuts and a support bolt. In practice it is the kit for mounting an IW3702 on a lamp post, mast or thick pole in a yard, port or transport site.

Compatibility — check before buying:
For the Cisco IW3702 only. Despite the “3700” in the part number, Cisco documents this kit for the industrial IW3702, not for the indoor Aironet 3700 access points. For thin poles of 2 to 3.2 in, Cisco has the smaller AIR-ACCPMK3700= kit. The mounting guide does not list the stainless-steel bands in the kit’s parts list, and the banding tool (AIR-BAND-INST-TL=) is separate — ask us to confirm bands before the installation day.
