Cisco Aironet Outdoor Power Injector — 60 W

The Cisco AIR-PWRINJ-60RGD2= is a rugged outdoor power injector that delivers up to 60 W over the network cable to an outdoor access point or other powered device. It takes 90–264 V AC and outputs 55 V DC at up to 2 A, supports IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at, and sits in an IP66, NEMA 4X housing rated −40 to 55 °C. It weighs 1.35 kg and measures 214 × 150 × 70 mm. The RGD2 version comes with an unterminated three-wire AC cable, so it is wired by an electrician to the local supply. Cisco files it under its Aironet 1570 outdoor access point documentation. In practice it powers an outdoor AP on a pole or wall where no PoE switch is nearby.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The mains cable has no plug — it must be wired by a qualified electrician. The RGD1 version has a US NEMA 5-15P plug and does not suit Cyprus sockets. Use shielded CAT5e or better on the input and shielded outdoor-rated CAT5e or better on the output, 0.20–0.35 in in diameter for the waterproof glands.
