The Club 3D CAC-1334 is a 1.8 m active cable that takes the HDMI 2.0 output of a laptop, PC or console and delivers it to a monitor with a USB-C video input, at up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 colour. The conversion chip draws its power from the display USB-C port, so there is no separate power lead.
Compatibility Note: One direction only: HDMI source to USB-C display. The monitor USB-C port must accept DisplayPort Alt Mode input and supply at least 5 V/500 mA; it will not connect a USB-C laptop to an HDMI screen.

No. This cable only works from an HDMI source to a USB-C display. For USB-C laptop to HDMI TV, use a USB-C to HDMI cable such as the ALOGIC FUCHD2-SGR.
Will the CAC-1334 work with a portable USB-C monitor?
Yes, if the portable monitor accepts DisplayPort Alt Mode video on its USB-C port and can provide 5 V/500 mA to the cable. Monitors that also need power from the laptop may need a separate power supply.
