The Club 3D CAC-1211 is a 2 m adapter cable with a DVI-D Dual Link 24+1 male plug on one end and an HDMI Type A female socket on the other, so an existing HDMI cable can plug straight into a DVI-equipped PC or display. It follows the HDMI 1.4 specification, supports up to 3840x2160 at 30 Hz, works in both directions and needs no external power.
Compatibility Note: DVI does not carry audio in the way HDMI does, so plan on separate speakers or an audio cable in most DVI setups. The DVI-D plug does not accept analog DVI-A or VGA signals.
