The Club 3D CAC-1220 is a 10 m DVI-D Dual Link cable with 24+1 male connectors at each end, built for projectors, meeting-room displays and monitors placed well away from the PC. The datasheet specifies up to 2560x1600 at 60 Hz or 1920x1080 at 120 Hz over 28 AWG wiring with gold-plated contacts, and the cable is bidirectional and needs no power.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Club 3D CAC-1220 and the CAC-1223?
Both are Club 3D dual-link DVI-D cables with 28 AWG wiring and the same 2560x1600 rating. The CAC-1223 is 3 m for desk use; the CAC-1220 reaches 10 m for projectors and displays in large rooms.
Is the Club 3D CAC-1220 suitable for a ceiling-mounted projector?
Yes, 10 m usually covers a PC-to-ceiling projector run in a meeting room or classroom, as long as the projector has a DVI-D input.
Singular Expert Insight
A dual-link DVI cable with a published 2560x1600 rating at 10 m, which suits projector and meeting-room installs that still use DVI. If the display is within a few metres, the 3 m CAC-1223 is cheaper and easier to route.
✓ Buy it if you need a 10 m dual-link DVI-D run to a projector or distant monitor.
✕ Skip it if your source or display lacks a DVI-D port, or the run is short — pick an adapter or the 3 m model.
→ Also consider Club 3D CAC-1223 (3 m) or StarTech DVIDDMM10M (10 m, lifetime warranty).
