Club 3D CSV-1552 USB-C to DisplayPort + HDMI MST Hub

Run two independent 4K60 monitors — one DisplayPort, one HDMI — from a single USB-C port on a Windows laptop.
Dual 4K60 (MST)DP + HDMI outputs8K30 single displayHDCP 2.2
The Club 3D CSV-1552 is a compact USB-C Multi-Stream Transport (MST) hub with one DisplayPort and one HDMI 2.0 output, built for Windows laptops that need two extended monitors from one DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode port. Part number CSV-1552 drives two 4K60 screens with DSC 1.2, or a single display at up to 8K30 over DisplayPort or 4K60 over HDMI. It has a captive cable, about 20 cm overall, and needs no drivers or external power.
Compatibility Note: The laptop USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode. Extended dual-screen mode needs MST, which Windows supports; macOS supports only SST, so on a Mac both screens show the same image. Dual 4K60 relies on DSC 1.2 support on the host and displays.

Key Features

Mixed DP + HDMI outputs
One DisplayPort and one HDMI port let you combine a DisplayPort monitor with an HDMI monitor or TV without extra adapters.

True extended desktop on Windows
MST sends two separate video streams over one USB-C cable, so each monitor shows its own content instead of a mirrored copy.

Pocket-size, no power brick
Bus-powered with an attached cable and a 48 g body — it fits in a laptop bag for hot-desking and meeting rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the CSV-1552 extend my desktop to two monitors on a MacBook?
No. macOS does not support MST, so a Mac shows the same picture on both screens. For two different images on a Mac you need a Thunderbolt/DisplayLink dock or two separate video ports.
Does the CSV-1552 charge my laptop?
No. It has no USB Power Delivery input or USB data ports — it is a video-only hub, so keep a separate charger connected.
What is the difference between the CSV-1552 and the CSV-1555?
The CSV-1552 has one DisplayPort and one HDMI output. The CSV-1555 has two DisplayPort outputs and adds 4K120 on a single screen.
Singular Expert Insight
The CSV-1552 is the right MST hub when your two monitors use different inputs — one DisplayPort, one HDMI — which is common when mixing an older office screen with a newer one. On Windows it gives a true two-screen extended desktop from one USB-C port; Mac users should look at a DisplayLink or Thunderbolt dock instead. For two DP screens, the CSV-1555 fits better.
✓ Buy it if you run Windows and want two 4K60 screens, one DP and one HDMI, from a single DP Alt Mode USB-C port.
✕ Skip it if you use a MacBook and need extended, not mirrored, dual displays.
→ Also consider Club 3D CSV-1555 (2× DisplayPort) or CSV-1554 (3× HDMI) from the same MST family.
