The Compulocks Ledge MBALDG04 is a small silver adapter that adds a standard security slot to the 13 inch MacBook Air (M2 and M3), so IT departments, schools and retail displays can secure a MacBook with an ordinary T-bar cable lock. MacBooks have no lock slot of their own; the Ledge clips onto the edge of the case and creates one, without adhesive or any change to the MacBook body.
This listing is the adapter only. You need a separate T-bar cable lock to actually secure the laptop.
Before you order: Cable lock NOT included. This is the slot adapter only; add a standard T-bar (K-slot) cable lock. Also check your model: it is for the 13 inch MacBook Air M2 (A2681) and M3 (A3113), not the 15 inch Air or any MacBook Pro.
