Compulocks CL37 — keyless combination cable lock for standard T-Bar security slots
Cable lockStandard T-Bar slot4-dial combination6 ft steel cable
The Compulocks CL37 Universal Security Combination Cable Lock is a black, keyless 4-dial T-Bar lock with a 6 ft (1.83 m) galvanised steel cable, for laptops, monitors, docks and other devices that have the standard security slot.
With a combination instead of keys there is nothing to hand out or lose — useful for shared desks, classrooms and receptions. The loop end lets you wrap the cable around a desk leg or other fixed object before locking it into the device.
Before you order: Compatible with standard T-Bar lock slots only. Devices with a Nano Slot, a Wedge slot or no slot at all (such as most MacBooks) need a different lock.
What's in the Box
- 1 x Compulocks CL37 combination lock head with 6 ft steel cable
- No keys — combination-only lock
What It Means in Practice
- Loop the cable around a fixed object, pass the lock head through the loop and lock it into the device’s security slot.
- Keyless: everyone authorised just needs the code, which suits shared equipment.
- The 6 ft cable gives enough reach to anchor to most desks and tables.
- Black finish blends in with most business laptops and monitors.
What Will Not Work
- Nano Slot and Wedge slot devices.
- Laptops without a security slot, including most MacBooks.
- A cable lock deters opportunistic theft; it is not designed to resist determined attacks with tools.
- Compulocks does not publish a master-key or central-management option for this lock.

Combination locks are easiest to manage across many shared desks because there are no keys to track. Identify the slot type first — standard, Nano or Wedge — and lock your docking station as well if it carries its own slot.
✓ Buy it if your device has a standard T-Bar security slot and you want a keyless lock.
✕ Skip it if your device has a Nano or Wedge slot, or no slot at all.
