Before you buy — compatibility
Video output requires a host USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode. Multi-display uses MST — Multi-Stream Transport — which works on Windows but NOT on macOS, where the dock is limited to a single external (mirrored) display. Each output can reach 4K 60 Hz; running three 4K screens at 60 Hz together requires a host with DisplayPort 1.4 and DSC. The 100W USB-C Power Delivery input charges the laptop, but a USB-C PD adapter is required and is not included.
