The Conceptronic ABBY25G is a small aluminium adapter that adds a Gigabit Ethernet port and three USB-A ports to a laptop or compact PC through one USB connection. It uses USB 3.2 Gen 1 at up to 5 Gbps, supports Wake-on-LAN and Energy-Efficient Ethernet, and Conceptronic lists it for both USB-C and USB-A hosts — the product photos show a USB-C plug with an attached USB-A adapter. The Realtek RTL8153B handles the network and a Genesys GL3510 the hub. In practice it gives a thin laptop a stable wired connection plus ports for a mouse, keyboard and USB stick, at a hot desk, at home or on the road.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is one Gigabit port plus a USB hub, not a docking station: there is no video output and no charging pass-through, and it runs from the host’s USB power. All ports share one 5 Gbps USB link. Hard drives or other high-power devices on the hub may need their own power. Conceptronic lists Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android (depending on device) and Linux kernel 3.13 or later. Will it work on a USB-A laptop?
Yes. Conceptronic lists USB-A host compatibility alongside USB-C, and the photos show a USB-C plug with an attached USB-A adapter. On a USB 2.0 port all speeds drop to USB 2.0 levels.
Do I need drivers?
Conceptronic describes it as plug-and-play on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Linux kernel 3.13 or later. The RTL8153B is widely supported by current systems.
Can I charge my laptop through it?
No. It has no USB-C power input, so there is no charging pass-through. For charging plus Ethernet choose a dock with PD.
Can it drive a monitor?
No. It adds network and USB-A ports only — for video you need a USB-C dock or video adapter.
