The CORSAIR Elite Premium Peripheral Power Cable (CP-8920397) is an individually sleeved, 750 mm cable with four Molex (PATA) connectors for CORSAIR power supplies that use Type 4 modular cables. It powers older drives, fan hubs, pumps, lighting controllers and other devices with a 4-pin peripheral plug. Each wire is wrapped in flexible triple-layer mesh paracord sleeving for a tidy, uniform look through a glass side panel. It is a cable for CORSAIR power supplies only — check your PSU’s cable Type before ordering.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a CORSAIR Type 4 cable. It fits CORSAIR power supplies that use Type 4 modular cables — for example the RM850e / RM1000e with ThermalProtect we list — and CORSAIR guarantees it for all Type 4 CORSAIR PSUs. It does not fit Type 5 PSUs (SHIFT series, SF-L, updated SF): the plugs are different and will not go in. Never use it on another brand’s power supply — modular pinouts are not standard and the wrong cable can destroy components. The difference is only on the PSU end, so check the Type printed on your PSU label or send us the model.
