Corsair iCUE LINK RX120 MAX — 120mm PWM Thick Fan Starter Kit
3 x 120mm fans30mm thick400–2000 RPMSystem Hub included
The Corsair iCUE LINK RX120 MAX CO-9051042-WW is a three-fan starter kit built around extra-thick 120 x 30 mm PWM fans. Each RX120 MAX uses glass-fibre-reinforced liquid crystal polymer blades, a magnetic dome bearing and a 400–2000 RPM speed range to deliver strong airflow and static pressure for demanding case and radiator cooling.
Compatibility — check before buying:
These fans are 30 mm thick, which is 5 mm thicker than standard 25 mm PC fans. Confirm your case or radiator has enough clearance for 120 x 30 mm fans. This exact CO-9051042-WW package is the black triple-pack starter kit and includes the iCUE LINK System Hub.
Best For
✓ High-static-pressure radiator cooling
✓ High-airflow gaming PC builds
✓ New iCUE LINK installations
✓ Builds prioritising cooling over RGB lighting
Key Features
30 mm thick high-performance design
The thicker 30 mm frame allows a larger fan blade than standard 25 mm fans, helping generate stronger airflow and static pressure for restrictive cooling applications.
Up to 4.18 mmH2O pressure
Static pressure ranges from 0.22 to 4.18 mmH2O, making the RX120 MAX particularly well suited to radiators and other airflow-restrictive mounting locations.
Premium LCP construction
Glass-fibre-reinforced liquid crystal polymer helps keep the fan blades rigid under pressure, supporting consistent airflow across the operating range.
iCUE LINK starter kit
The package includes the iCUE LINK System Hub plus LINK connectors and cable, allowing the three fans to join a streamlined iCUE LINK cooling setup.

Singular Expert Insight
CO-9051042-WW is the complete three-fan RX120 MAX starter kit rather than an individual or expansion-only fan package. Its main advantage is the 30 mm-thick LCP fan design, which reaches 4.18 mmH2O static pressure while keeping the maximum speed at 2000 RPM. That makes it particularly attractive for radiator cooling, but the extra 5 mm thickness means case and radiator clearance should always be checked before purchase.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want three high-pressure 120 mm fans for radiator or case cooling and need the iCUE LINK System Hub included.
Skip it if
You specifically want integrated RGB lighting, only need one fan or cannot accommodate the extra 30 mm fan thickness.
Check first
Confirm three 120 mm mounting positions, 30 mm fan-depth clearance and the required iCUE LINK hub power and USB connections.
