Cougar Apolar 120 ARGB Reverse Blade — 3 Fan Pack White

3x 120mm reverse600–2200 RPM75.38 CFMModular daisy-chain

The Cougar Apolar 120 ARGB Reverse Blade 3 Fan Pack is a set of three modular 120mm PWM case fans with ARGB lighting and tool-free daisy-chain connectors, made for builders who want fast, tidy installs with a clean look from the front — the reverse-blade design shows the blade side on the viewing face. Part number CF-ARW12HW3-RGB is the white version, running from 600 to 2200 RPM on hydro dynamic bearings. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Compatibility Note
Each fan uses a 4-pin PWM fan connector and a 3-pin 5V ARGB connector — use motherboard headers that match (never plug ARGB into a 12V 4-pin RGB header). Fans are 28mm thick (not 25mm), so check radiator and case clearance. Cougar recommends connecting no more than three fans in one chain because of header power limits. No controller is included. Reverse-blade fans are designed mainly for bottom or side positions where the blade side faces the viewer — check the airflow arrow before mounting.
Best For
✓ Bottom intake fans
✓ Side-panel showcase builds
✓ Dual-chamber cases
✓ Clean-look ARGB builds
✓ Tool-free installs
✓ 240/360mm layouts

Key Features

Quick-release daisy chain
Tool-free connectors link the fans together, so three fans share one cable run and can be added or removed without re-routing cables.

HDB bearing + Q-Stop
Hydro Dynamic Bearing with Q-Stop double vibration suppression reduces noise and oscillating load.

Full-coverage blades
A fully circumscribed fan design maximises blade surface, delivering 75.38 CFM and 2.59 mmH₂O at up to 2200 RPM. Reverse-blade orientation keeps the blade side facing outward for a cleaner look.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Cougar Apolar 120 ARGB Reverse Blade work with my motherboard RGB software?
Yes, as long as your motherboard has a 5V 3-pin ARGB header. Connect the fan cable to a 4-pin PWM fan header and the ARGB lead to the ARGB header, and control lighting from your motherboard vendor's software.
What is the difference between the Apolar 120 ARGB and the Apolar 120 ARGB Reverse Blade?
Both share the same 600–2200 RPM, 75.38 CFM and 2.59 mmH₂O specs. The Reverse Blade version flips the blade orientation so the blade side faces you when mounted as bottom or side intake, for a cleaner look in showcase cases.
How many Apolar fans can I chain together?
Cougar recommends no more than three fans per chain because of the power limits of motherboard headers. This pack contains exactly three fans.
What do I need to know before buying the Apolar 120 ARGB 3-Pack?
The fans are 28mm thick, slightly thicker than standard 25mm fans, so check clearance near radiators and GPUs. At full speed they reach 37.1 dB(A).
Singular Expert Insight
The Apolar 120 ARGB stands out for its tool-free modular chaining — it saves real time in 3-fan builds. Choose the Reverse Blade version for bottom or side intake in panoramic cases, and the standard Apolar 120 ARGB for front, top and rear positions. Explore more packs in our case fans range.

Buyer's Guide

Buy it if
You want three 120mm ARGB fans that chain together without tools, with up to 75.38 CFM each and a clean blade-side look for bottom/side mounts.
Skip it if
You need a very quiet system (37.1 dB(A) at max) or your radiator/GPU clearance only allows 25mm-thick fans.
Also consider
