The CyberPower PDU20BHVIEC8R is a basic rack PDU with eight IEC C13 outlets on the rear and an IEC C20 plug on a 3 m cord, rated 16 A at 200–230 V — for distributing UPS or circuit power to servers, switches and storage in a rack.
It mounts horizontally in 1U, vertically in 0U, under a counter or on a wall, using the brackets supplied, and comes with a cord retention tray and cord clips to keep plugs in place.
Before you order: the input is an IEC C20 plug: it plugs into a C19 outlet on a UPS or a 16 A IEC feed, not into a wall socket. Your devices need C14 cords for the C13 outlets.

What It Means in Practice
- 16 A shared across eight outlets: plan the total load of the rack, which is often limited further by the UPS feeding it.
- Rear-facing outlets keep power cords at the back of the rack, next to the device inlets.
- Per the CyberPower datasheet the unit has no on/off switch, so it stays on whenever the feed is live.
What Will Not Work
- Switching everything off from the strip — there is no switch.
- Wall sockets — the C20 plug needs a C19 outlet.
- Schuko or UK plugs — outlets are IEC C13 only.
- Metering, switching or surge protection — this is a basic PDU.
