The black QD2590-BKK1 combines the megapixel 2D scanner with a USB cable for handheld checkout work. It differs from the bare QD2590-BK by including the lead, and from BKK1S by omitting the stand.

Before you order:
BKK1 includes USB cable 90A052258 but no stand. For the kit with Auto Flex stand choose the separately listed BKK1S. RS-232 operation requires the corresponding separate cable.

  • The supplied USB lead provides the intended wired starting point for a compatible POS host.
  • Use the megapixel reading ranges below to judge your label sizes and working distances; a single maximum distance is not a universal guarantee.
  • A stand is a separate decision here: choose the stand kit if you want the included Auto Flex support.

What Will Not Work

  • QD2590 is corded; Bluetooth and radio operation belong to different QuickScan models.
  • The supplied USB cable does not provide an RS-232 connection; that requires the appropriate separate cable.
