A 26-litre backpack made from ocean-bound plastic, with lockable zips
Fits laptops 14-16"26 litres1.13 kg100% ocean-bound plastic exteriorLockable zipper pullersLuggage pass-through
The EcoLoop Premier backpack is the roomy member of Dell's top bag tier: 26 litres, 1.13 kg, and an exterior main fabric made entirely from OceanCycle Certified recycled ocean-bound plastic - about nineteen bottles collected within 50 kilometres of a coastline or major waterway. It has three compartments, 360-degree XPE foam around the laptop, lockable zipper pullers, an S-shaped padded harness, and a stretch pocket on the shoulder strap for earbuds.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Dell rates it for laptops from 14" to 16", with a maximum laptop size of 360 x 260 x 20 mm. Twenty millimetres of depth is the constraint to check - a thick 16" mobile workstation may not fit even though the screen size does. The laptop compartment doubles as a tablet sleeve with an anti-scratch Nylex lining; Dell publishes no separate tablet pocket size. Note that Dell has renamed its accessory tiers, so this same product also appears on dell.com as the "Dell Pro 14-16 Premium EcoLoop Backpack". Same bag, same model code CP7625.

Key Features
100 percent OceanCycle Certified ocean-bound plastic
Dell's exact claim: the backpack's exterior main fabric is made with 100 percent OceanCycle Certified ocean-bound plastic, from approximately 19 recycled plastic bottles. Ocean-bound plastic is defined as waste collected within 50 kilometres of an ocean coastline or major waterway.
26 litres in a 1.13 kg body
Genuinely roomy for a work backpack, and light for the volume. Exterior dimensions are 440 x 300 x 210 mm.
360-degree XPE foam protection
The laptop and tablet compartment is wrapped in XPE foam with a top bumper and an anti-scratch Nylex brushed lining.
Lockable zipper pullers

Carry and travel details
S-shaped padded shoulder straps, a contoured padded back panel with lumbar support, top and side handles, a luggage pass-through, reflective accents and a cable pass-through.

Singular Expert Insight
Dell publishes a real datasheet here, so this page is mostly the manufacturer speaking. Three notes. The recycled claim is ocean-bound plastic, certified by OceanCycle, on the exterior main fabric - it is not a recycled-PET percentage, and listings that quote one for this model are inventing it. The capacity and weight figures in retail circulation are unreliable: one large retailer publishes 0.93 kg and 23 litres, which look like the briefcase's numbers pasted onto the backpack. And the "magnetic expandable side pocket" is what Dell calls the thing everyone else calls a bottle pocket; we use Dell's wording. The practical decision point, as with the briefcase, is the 20 mm laptop depth limit.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
In stock at Singular in Cyprus. Order online for delivery across the island, or contact us for fleet and business quantities.
Skip it if
Skip it if you need an RFID pocket, a USB port or a tracker pocket - Dell publishes none of these for this backpack. Skip it if you want a sternum strap, which Dell does not list for this model. And do not confuse it with two close relatives: CP7625S is the Slim version, and CP5723 is the older Pro tier in 840D ballistic rated only to 15.6".
