Dell Pro Wired Headset WH3024 — Stereo USB-C, Certified for Microsoft Teams
Stereo on-ear, 28 mmAI up-link noise cancellationDedicated Teams button3-year Advanced Exchange
The Dell Pro Wired Headset WH3024 is a stereo USB-C office headset built around its microphones: two analog elements with AI beam forming and what Dell calls AI Up-Link Noise Cancellation, so the people on the call hear you and not the room. Both ears are covered, an in-line controller carries a dedicated Microsoft Teams button, and lifting the boom arm mutes the call. A USB-A adapter is in the box for older machines.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a USB headset with no analogue option at all. There is no 3.5 mm jack, so it will not connect to a desk phone, an aeroplane socket or any device without a USB host — no adapter changes that. The headset terminates in USB-C, and the supplied USB-A adapter is the only route to an older laptop or dock, so keep it with the headset. The AI noise cancellation is on the microphone side only: it cleans up what your callers hear. There is no active noise cancellation for the wearer — if you need that, Dell’s WL5024 and WL7024 are the models that have it. One ordering note: Dell publishes this product as 520-BBDH for EMEA. The string WH3024-DWW is the manufacturer part form used by distributors; Dell itself does not publish an expansion of the DWW suffix.
Best For
✓ Microsoft Teams deployments on Dell or any other hardware
✓ Open-plan offices where the mic must reject background noise
✓ Staff who want both ears covered for concentration
✓ USB-C laptops, and USB-A machines via the supplied adapter
✓ Fleets that value a 3-year advanced-exchange warranty
✓ Desks where replaceable ear cushions extend service life
Key Features
Two microphones with AI beam forming
A 100 Hz to 14 kHz microphone path at -45 dBV/Pa with 53 dB signal-to-noise, using AI beam forming and AI up-link noise cancellation on a boom that rotates through 260 degrees.
Lift the boom to mute
Raise the boom arm and the microphone mutes; lower it and you are live. There is also a mute button on the in-line controller and a single-sided LED on the left cup showing the state.
Dedicated Microsoft Teams button
Certified for Microsoft Teams in the Open Office category and also Zoom certified, with a hardware Teams key on the in-line unit rather than a software shortcut.
Serviceable and light
110 grams, a leatherette headband over memory foam, and 58 mm ear cushions that are replaceable — Dell part HE324 — so a worn pad does not retire the headset.

Singular Expert Insight
The WH3024 earns its place on two things: the microphone processing and the warranty. AI beam forming with up-link noise cancellation is a real difference in an open-plan office — not for you, for everyone who has to listen to you — and three years with advanced exchange is a stronger service commitment than most headsets in this class carry. Lift-to-mute is the feature people use twenty times a day and never think about again. Two things to be clear on before ordering: there is no 3.5 mm anywhere, so it is a computer headset full stop, and the noise cancellation is on the transmit side, not ANC. Order against Dell 520-BBDH for EMEA rather than the distributor part string. For ANC or a wireless version, look at Dell’s WL range or our wider office and VoIP headsets selection.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
Your organisation runs Microsoft Teams, the machines have USB-C or a free USB-A port, and you want a stereo headset whose microphones keep the office out of every call.
Skip it if
You need active noise cancellation for the wearer, a wireless headset, or any connection other than USB. The Dell WL5024 and WL7024 cover the first two; nothing covers the third on this model.
Also consider
The wireless Dell WL3024 if staff need to leave the desk, and replacement ear cushions, Dell part HE324, for a shared or hot-desked position.
