The Dell MS7421W in Graphite Black — now sold by Dell as the Pro Premium Compact Mouse, formerly the Premier Rechargeable Wireless Mouse — is a slim 80 g office mouse that pairs with up to three devices over Bluetooth 5.0 and a 2.4 GHz link and switches between them with a button. Dell publishes four DPI levels from 1000 to 4000, seven buttons including a tilt wheel, a rechargeable battery rated for up to six months with a three-hour USB-C charge, and a two-minute top-up that Dell says covers a full working day. Dell’s order code for this colour is 570-BBDM (part CT2FX).
Compatibility — check before buying:
The mouse charges over USB-C and Dell ships a USB-C to USB-C cable, so a laptop or charger with a USB-C port is needed to charge it. Bluetooth mode requires a Bluetooth 5.0 / BLE host. DPI is changed only through Dell Peripheral Manager on Windows — on macOS and ChromeOS it stays at the 1600 DPI default. Dell’s datasheet lists the cable and documentation in the box while its support article also mentions a Dell Universal Dongle; tell us if you need the 2.4 GHz receiver confirmed before ordering.
