Dell Performance Dock WD19DCS — Dual USB-C Dock with 240W Adapter for Precision Mobile Workstations
Dual USB-CUp to 210W3–4 displays240W adapter
The Dell Performance Dock WD19DCS is a dual USB-C docking station that delivers up to 210W to Dell Precision mobile workstations through two USB-C connectors, and drives up to three 4K monitors from a single desk connection — made for Precision 5750, 7550, 7750 and other dual-C models with discrete graphics.
Both USB-C plugs sit on one permanently attached 0.8 m cable. On a compatible Precision both are used together, so the laptop gets the full 210W from the included 240W adapter. On other Dell laptops one connector is used and the dock works as a standard USB-C dock at up to 130W; on non-Dell laptops with USB PD it charges up to 90W.
Before you order: Full 210W and dual-cable display bandwidth only on the dual-C systems Dell lists (e.g. Precision 5680/5690/5750/5760/5770, 7540–7780 series, Dell Pro Max Premium MA14250/MA16250). Inspiron, Vostro and XPS are not supported by Dell. Tell us your laptop model and we confirm before you order.
What's in the Box
- Dell Performance Dock WD19DCS with attached dual USB-C cable (0.8 m)
- 240W power adapter (19.5V / 12.31A, 7.4 mm plug) with power cord
- Quick Start Guide and safety/regulatory sheet
What It Means in Practice
- On a dual-C Precision: 210W charging keeps a workstation with RTX graphics at full performance on the desk.
- Displays with dual USB-C: HBR2 laptops get 3x QHD@60Hz or 1x 4K@60Hz; HBR3 laptops 2x 4K@60Hz or 1x 8K@30Hz; HBR3 with DSC 3x 4K@60Hz. A fourth screen is possible by daisy-chaining from a DP 1.4 monitor (HBR3 + DSC).
- On single USB-C Dell laptops (many Latitude, Precision 3000 series) plug in one connector only: up to 130W, standard USB-C dock behaviour.
- Dell ExpressCharge and the dock power button work on supported Dell systems.
What Will Not Work
- No 210W and no dual-cable display mode on single USB-C laptops — they get up to 130W (Dell) or 90W (non-Dell).
- HDMI 2.0 and the rear USB-C video port share one output: you can use one of them, not both, at the same time.
- No audio jack on this dock.
- macOS is not listed by Dell; Inspiron, Vostro and XPS are not supported.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it work with my Latitude?
Most current Latitude models are listed by Dell as single USB-C: plug in one connector and you get a USB-C dock with up to 130W. The 210W mode needs a dual-C Precision.
Can I use HDMI and the rear USB-C video port together?
No. They share one display output, so only one of the two can drive a monitor at a time. Use the two DisplayPort 1.4 ports for the other screens.
Does it work with a non-Dell laptop?
Basic USB-C dock functions and up to 90W charging on USB PD laptops. Dell does not publish display figures for non-Dell systems.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
The WD19DCS only makes full sense with a dual-C Precision workstation, where its 210W is the reason to buy it. For single USB-C business laptops a standard dock is usually the better value — compare our other
docking stations and tell us the laptop model.
✓ Buy it if you run a Dell Precision 5750/7550/7750 or another dual-C model Dell lists and need 210W charging with three or four monitors.
✕ Skip it if your laptop has a single USB-C port, is a Mac, or is an Inspiron, Vostro or XPS.
→ Also consider a single-cable USB-C or Thunderbolt dock for Latitude and non-Dell laptops.
Send us the exact Dell model (e.g. Precision 7560) and we will confirm full dual-C support before you order.
