Delock 12535 — USB 3.0 Dual Band Wi-Fi Stick with Antenna
Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac)Dual band5 dBi antennaUSB 3.0
The Delock 12535 is a USB 3.0 Wi-Fi stick that connects a desktop PC or laptop to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz wireless network. It is built on the Realtek RTL8812BU chipset in 2T2R mode and reaches 867 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz under 802.11ac. What sets it apart from pocket-size nano adapters is the external, detachable 5 dBi omnidirectional antenna on a tilt joint: it sits above the desk instead of behind the PC case, which usually gives a much steadier signal in rooms far from the router. It supports WEP, WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 encryption, DFS channels and WPS for one-button pairing, and it runs from the USB port without a power supply.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Check the operating system: Delock lists Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and 11 (32/64-bit) in the system requirements; driver downloads for Linux and macOS are also offered on the product page. It needs a free USB-A port — USB 3.0 for full speed. Real throughput depends on your router, distance and walls: 867 Mbps is the 5 GHz link rate with an 802.11ac router. It is Wi-Fi 5, not Wi-Fi 6. The antenna is RP-SMA and can be swapped for a compatible one. Not sure it suits your router? Send us the model and we check it.

Singular Expert Insight
We suggest the Delock 12535 for desktop PCs that sit under a desk or in a corner, where a nano adapter would struggle — the raised antenna makes the difference. If you can run a cable, a wired adapter from our network cards is steadier still. Local support in Cyprus comes with every order.
