De'Longhi EcoDecalk DLSC500 is a 500 ml liquid descaler containing five 100 ml doses, based on lactic acid of vegetable origin and recommended by De'Longhi for all its coffee machines — bean-to-cup, espresso and pump machines in offices, cafés and homes.
Limescale builds up in the boiler and pipes with every cup, slowing heating, reducing flow and affecting taste. Regular descaling with the manufacturer's own product helps keep the machine working well and the coffee tasting as it should. De'Longhi now also sells this product under the name Decalk Care with the same code, DLSC500, so the label may differ from the photo.
Before you order: De'Longhi recommends this descaler for its own coffee machines. It does not publish compatibility with kettles, irons, steam generators or other brands' machines — check your machine's manual before use.
