DICOTA Backpack TWO — 28 L for 15″–17.3″ Laptops, 300D Recycled PET
28 litresMax device 300 x 420 x 30 mmrPET 27.56%, 11 bottles30-year warranty
The DICOTA Backpack TWO, article D3250104, is a 28-litre backpack for laptops from 15 to 17.3 inches, and DICOTA publishes exactly what fits: a maximum device size of 300 x 420 x 30 mm. That 30 mm depth is what makes it work for the thicker 17-inch machines most packs cannot take. The main fabric is 300D polyester made from 100% recycled PET with a double PU backing and a water-resistant coating, and DICOTA states the rPET ratio to two decimal places — 27.56% across the whole product, equivalent to eleven recycled bottles. The notebook compartment is padded with high-density foam, the zips are metal, and there is a trolley strap on the back. It weighs 0.7 kg and the shell is PVC-free, RoHS and REACH compliant. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Check the published maximum device size: DICOTA states 300 x 420 x 30 mm alongside the 15 to 17.3-inch rating. The 30 mm depth is generous for this size class, so thick 17-inch gaming and workstation laptops that fail in slimmer packs generally fit. Note the axis order: DICOTA writes this line as width x height x depth but writes its MOTION line as 350 x 25 x 245 — compare the numbers, not the strings. Distributor naming: our listing describes this as a “15″” backpack. DICOTA’s own compatible-device range is 15.0 to 17.3 inch. Not published: DICOTA lists no tablet compartment, no chest strap, no RFID pocket, no rain cover, no lockable zips, no reflective elements, no dedicated water-bottle pocket (there is a generic side pocket) and no air-mesh back panel. Water repellent, not waterproof — the fabric has a water-resistant coating and DICOTA makes no waterproof claim.
Best For
✓ Carrying a large 17.3″ laptop plus a full day’s gear
✓ Buyers who want an audited rPET ratio rather than a vague eco claim
✓ Anyone who values metal zips and a trolley strap
✓ Long-term ownership — the warranty runs 30 years
Key Features
Built for a genuine 17.3-inch machine
DICOTA publishes a maximum device size of 300 x 420 x 30 mm. Thirty millimetres of depth is what separates a pack that takes a thick 17″ gaming laptop from one that only takes a slim 17″ ultraportable.
rPET ratio published to two decimals
The main fabric is 300D polyester made from 100% recycled PET with a double PU backing, the secondary fabric is 600D recycled PET, and DICOTA publishes a product-level rPET ratio of 27.56% equivalent to eleven recycled bottles. Most manufacturers give one figure or the other; DICOTA gives both.
HDF padding and metal zips
The notebook compartment is padded with high-density foam, and the zips are metal with double pullers rather than the plastic hardware that usually fails first on a bag at this price. All fittings are black.
Twenty-eight litres and a trolley strap
A spacious main compartment, a flexible front pocket and a side pocket give 28 litres of usable space in a 340 x 480 x 150 mm shell, with ergonomic back padding, a carrying handle and a trolley strap for sliding the pack over a suitcase.

Singular Expert Insight
DICOTA publishes better data than nearly anyone in this category, and the TWO line goes furthest — an rPET ratio quoted to two decimal places alongside a bottle count is unusually honest, because the percentage accounts for the hardware and padding that are not recycled while the bottle count is the marketing-friendly headline. Getting both means you can compare like for like. For this size in particular, the maximum device figure is what matters: 30 mm of depth is what makes a 17.3-inch pack usable for a thick gaming or workstation laptop rather than only for a slim one, and DICOTA is one of the few manufacturers that tells you. On construction, the metal zips decide how long a bag lasts, and high-density foam around the laptop is more protective than the loose wadding used at this price. Two things it does not have: a tablet compartment, which DICOTA does not list, and any of the RFID, rain-cover or chest-strap features that trade databases sometimes add. Browse our full laptop backpack range, and a docking station keeps the cables out of the bag.
