DICOTA Backpack COMMUTER Reflective D32125 — 16 L High-Visibility Laptop Pack
Fully reflective fabric16 L capacity0.62 kg13-16 inch laptops
The DICOTA Backpack COMMUTER 13-16 Reflective is a 16-litre laptop backpack whose entire shell is made of reflective fabric, designed for cyclists, scooter riders and anyone walking home in the dark who wants to be seen from every angle rather than by a small logo. It is sold as DICOTA article D32125, weighs just 0.62 kg, measures 290 × 440 × 150 mm and takes a notebook up to 265 × 385 × 30 mm across the 13 to 16 inch range. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The colour is reflective, not green. DICOTA lists the colour value for D32125 literally as “reflective”; in daylight the fabric reads as a metallic grey. There is no green Commuter. A green attribute on some feeds is most likely bled from the D32126 Camo version.
Device fit: maximum device size is 265 × 385 × 30 mm for a 13.0-16.0 inch notebook. A 16 inch machine thicker than 30 mm will not seat properly.
No tablet compartment is published for this model.
No recycled claim applies to this article. D32125 is one of the only two Commuters without the -RPET suffix (the other being the Camo D32126); every other Commuter is an RPET model. DICOTA publishes no RPET ratio and no bottle count for D32125. A “made from 7 recycled PET bottles” figure that appears at one UK reseller belongs to the RPET sibling D32115-RPET.
Weight bleed: D32115-RPET is 0.44 kg, this one is 0.62 kg — same 16 L shell, different fabric.

Best For

✓ Anyone who wants a genuinely light 0.62 kg pack
✓ City commuters in autumn and winter
Key Features
The whole bag is the reflector
Most so-called reflective backpacks add a strip or a printed logo. On the Commuter Reflective the fabric itself is reflective across the entire shell, so a car headlight picks you up from the side and the rear, not just from one panel.
16 litres at 0.62 kg
This is a light pack by any measure. At 290 × 440 × 150 mm it holds a laptop, a charger, a lunch and a jacket without adding meaningful weight to a bike or your shoulders.
Padded 13-16 inch laptop section
A spacious main compartment takes a notebook up to 265 × 385 × 30 mm, with padded carrying straps and a padded grab handle. A flexible front pocket and a side pocket hold the things you reach for on the move.
Water-repellent for the ride home
DICOTA specifies water-repellent material, so a shower on the way home is not a problem. There is no rain cover and no waterproof rating — this is shower protection, not wet-weather touring kit.

Singular Expert Insight
Reflective fabric across an entire shell is a rare specification and it is the only reason to choose this bag over the cheaper RPET Commuters that share its 16-litre body. Be clear about the trade: you give up the recycled-material story that the rest of the range carries, and you gain visibility on a dark road. Everything else is deliberately simple — one main compartment, a front pocket, a side pocket, a double zip, 0.62 kg — with none of the RFID pockets, trolley straps or tablet sleeves you find further up DICOTA’s range. Compare it with the padded commuter packs in our laptop cases range if visibility is not your priority, and check your machine against the 30 mm thickness limit in our laptops section.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You ride or walk home in the dark and want a whole-bag reflective shell, a light 0.62 kg pack and space for a 13-16 inch laptop plus daily essentials.
Skip it if
You need a recycled-material product, a tablet compartment, a trolley strap, RFID protection or a bag that carries more than 16 litres.
Also consider
DICOTA D32115-RPET or another -RPET Commuter if you want the same 16 L shell with a published recycled ratio, or the DICOTA Eco Multi Plus SELECT if a lockable compartment matters more than visibility.
