DICOTA classifies the Eco Multi PLUS as a clamshell - it opens flat rather than loading from the top - and builds it around a metal wireframe that protects the corners and sides. Inside there is a lockable, cushioned notebook compartment with a fixation strap, a padded tablet slip pocket for devices up to 12.9 inches, a front organiser panel and an open rear document compartment. DICOTA rates it for 14" to 15.6" notebooks and publishes a maximum device size of 390 x 265 x 40 mm - the 40 mm depth is generous, so thicker business machines fit. The separate padded slip pocket takes tablets up to 12.9", which means a 12.9" iPad Pro is within scope rather than excluded as it is on many bags.
