The DICOTA D32009 is a 2-way magnetic privacy filter for 15.6 inch laptops with a 16:10 screen that darkens the display for anyone looking from the left or right, so people working in trains, airports and open offices can keep confidential data private. Self-adhesive magnetic strips go on the bezel once; after that the filter snaps on and off in seconds.
The surface is antibacterial, reduces fingerprints and reflections, and cuts up to 42% of blue light.
Before you order: This filter is for 15.6 inch 16:10 screens. Most 15.6 inch laptops with a 1920 x 1080 screen are 16:9 and need DICOTA D50018-2SM instead.

What It Means in Practice
- Beyond about 30 degrees to either side the screen looks dark; the user in front keeps a clear picture.
- Once the strips are on, the filter clicks on magnetically and lifts off for presentations.
- Works with any laptop brand, as long as the screen is 15.6 inch 16:10.
- Touchscreens remain usable with the filter fitted.
What Will Not Work
- 15.6 inch 16:9 screens (for example 1920 x 1080).
