DICOTA Webcam PRO Plus 4K — 4K at 30 fps or Full HD at 60
3840 x 2160 at 30 fps1080p at 60 fps110° wide viewManual camera cover
DICOTA publishes two modes for the PRO Plus 4K and both are useful: 4K at a real 30 frames per second, or Full HD at 60. Many 4K webcams drop to 15 fps at full resolution — this one does not. It has automatic focus and white balance, a 110 degree view, an integrated dual digital microphone, a manual cover over the lens and an adjustable clip with a tripod thread. DICOTA covers it for 24 months.
Compatibility — check before buying:
One caveat matters more than the rest: DICOTA publishes the interface as USB 2.0, and 4K at 30 fps cannot travel uncompressed over a USB 2.0 link. It is necessarily heavily compressed, and DICOTA publishes no video format to tell you how, so plug it straight into the computer rather than into a shared hub and expect Full HD at 60 fps to be the mode that looks best in practice. Second, 110 degrees is very wide and fixed — it will show your whole room and there is no narrower setting and no published zoom. Third, note the connector: the plug is USB-A on an integrated 1.5 m cable, even though DICOTA’s own page mentions USB-C supported devices, so a USB-C-only laptop needs an adapter. There is no Windows Hello on this model — DICOTA’s Webcam PRO Face Recognition is the one that does it. DICOTA does not publish the sensor megapixels, the focus range or a box list.
Best For
✓ Recording and local capture where 4K detail is worth keeping
✓ Rooms and workshops where a wide view is wanted
✓ Full HD at 60 fps for smooth motion on calls and demonstrations
✓ Desks that need a cover over the lens without buying an accessory
✓ Windows and macOS machines with a spare USB-A port
Key Features
4K at a real 30 fps
DICOTA publishes 4K at 30 frames per second, not 15. That is the difference between a 4K camera you can actually use for video and one that only takes stills.
Or Full HD at 60
The second published mode trades resolution for smoothness. On a video call, where the platform downscales anyway, this is usually the better choice.
110 degrees takes in the room
A very wide view for showing a workspace, a whiteboard or several people, with automatic focus control and automatic white balance handling the rest.
Cover, clip and tripod thread
A manual camera cover protects privacy, the adjustable clip fits monitors, notebooks and desktops and swivels up and down with 360 degree rotation, and there is a tripod thread — the DICOTA Webcam Tripod D32049 is sold separately.

Singular Expert Insight
The headline number here is honest, which is rarer than it should be: 4K at 30 fps, published in DICOTA’s own datasheet, with a 1080p60 mode alongside it. The thing to be clear-eyed about is the pipe it travels down. USB 2.0 sets a hard ceiling on how much data reaches the computer, so the 4K mode is a compressed 4K — fine for recording a demonstration, not a studio capture. Use 1080p60 for calls, keep it off a shared USB hub, and decide honestly whether you want a 110 degree view of your room. DICOTA’s documentation is thin on sensor and format detail, which is worth knowing before you compare it on paper with a camera that publishes more.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want genuine 4K at 30 fps for recording, a 1080p60 mode for calls, and a very wide view with a cover included.
Skip it if
Skip it if you need a narrow view, a published sensor or encoding specification, Windows Hello, or a USB-C plug.
