DIGITUS 16-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch, 10-Inch, Unmanaged
16x Gigabit RJ4510-inch rack / desktopFanlessPlug and play
The DIGITUS DN-80115-1 is a 16-port unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch in a 10-inch (25 cm) metal housing that mounts in a 10-inch rack or stands on a desk, for small offices and home cabinets that need many wired ports with no configuration.
It switches 32 Gbps non-blocking with an 8K MAC address table, runs completely fanless and has a built-in 100–240 V power supply drawing a maximum of 15 W.
What's in the Box
- 1x DIGITUS 16-port Gigabit switch (DN-80115-1)
- Power cord
- Rubber feet
- Quick start guide
What It Means in Practice
- Plug and play: connect power and cables, no configuration, IP address or software needed.
- Fanless metal housing runs silently, so it can sit in an office, classroom or small 10-inch wall cabinet.
- Auto-MDI/MDI-X and auto-negotiation detect cable type and speed on every port.
- Non-blocking store-and-forward switching keeps all ports at full Gigabit speed at the same time.
What Will Not Work
- No PoE — it cannot power IP phones, cameras or access points.
- No management: no VLANs, link aggregation, QoS configuration or web interface.
- No SFP or 10G ports — every port is 10/100/1000 copper RJ45.
- A 19-inch cabinet needs a 10-to-19-inch adapter; rack brackets are not listed in the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
A 10-inch unmanaged switch is the simplest way to add Gigabit ports to a small office, a home network cabinet or a classroom, with no configuration and no fan noise. If you need VLANs or PoE later, step up to a managed or PoE model from our switch range.
✓ Buy it if you need 16 wired Gigabit ports in a compact, silent 10-inch format.
✕ Skip it if you need PoE, VLANs or monitoring — choose a PoE or managed switch.
→ Also consider DIGITUS DN-80114-1, the 8-port version.
