DIGITUS HDMI 2.0b AOC Cable 20 m with Detachable Plugs — Built for Conduit Installation
Detachable plugs20 m AOC4K60 · 18 GbpsLSZH jacket
The DIGITUS AK-330127-200-S is a 20 m HDMI 2.0b active optical cable whose ends terminate in slim Micro-HDMI (Type D) plugs with removable full-size HDMI (Type A) adapters. Installers can pull the cable through narrow conduit or wall openings with the small plugs, then clip on the Type A heads — and it carries 4K at 60 Hz and 18 Gbps over the full length.
Because the adapters are removable, the cable works as HDMI A–A, D–D, A–D or D–A, which also lets it connect cameras or compact devices with Micro-HDMI outputs. It supports HDR10, ARC, CEC, HEC and HDCP 2.2/1.4, and has a double-shielded LSZH jacket.
Compatibility note: Active optical HDMI cables are directional: the end marked for the source goes to the player, PC or camera. Keep the removable Type A adapters safe after installation — they are needed for standard HDMI ports. Power (max. 250 mW) comes from the source HDMI port.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the DIGITUS AK-330127-200-S have detachable plugs?
A full-size HDMI plug often will not fit through conduit or small wall openings. With the Type A adapters removed, only the slim Micro-HDMI plug has to pass through; the adapters clip back on at each end once the cable is in place.
Can I connect a camera with a Micro-HDMI output directly?
Yes. Leave the Type A adapter off at the camera end and use the Micro-HDMI (Type D) plug, and fit the adapter at the display end — as long as the camera is at the source end of this directional cable.
Singular Expert Insight
The AK-330127-200-S is the installer's version of DIGITUS's 4K fibre HDMI cable: same 4K60 HDMI 2.0b performance as the AK-330125-200-S, but with detachable plugs that make pulling it through ceilings and trunking far easier. If the cable only needs to lie along a floor or wall, the fixed-plug version is simpler.
✓ Buy it if you are routing HDMI through conduit or tight wall openings over 20 m, or need Micro-HDMI at one end.
✕ Skip it if you need HDMI 2.1 features (4K120, 8K, eARC) — this is an HDMI 2.0b cable.
→ Also consider DIGITUS AK-330125-200-S (fixed Type A plugs, 20 m) or AK-330126-200-S (HDMI 2.1, 8K60).
