Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) switch, not Gigabit — the 8 ports and the SFP uplink run at 100 Mbps, which is fine for most IP cameras and access points. PoE follows IEEE 802.3af/at (up to 30W per port) — 802.3bt (60–90W) devices are not supported. It is unmanaged (no VLANs or configuration), runs on 48–57V DC (a DC supply is not included), and the SFP slot needs a separate 100Base-FX transceiver.
