DA-81007 combines high-resolution 2D imaging with Bluetooth direct pairing and an included 2.4GHz USB receiver. Unlike the corded DA-81006, it lets the operator move away from the workstation. Offline memory stores barcode characters for later upload; the stock database and quantity management remain in your host software.

Before you order:
The holder is a place to park the scanner, not a stated charging cradle. Recharge with the supplied cable. Up to 100m is a free-field radio specification and is not a guaranteed indoor or Bluetooth range.

What It Means in Practice

  • Use the receiver at a USB workstation or pair directly with a compatible Bluetooth device.

  • The holder supports a fixed counter position; take the scanner with you when the task requires movement.

What Will Not Work

  • This is a barcode input device, not a standalone stock-management terminal.
  • IP52 does not allow immersion. Antibacterial testing does not establish sterility or replace cleaning.
  • Battery life depends on workload; wireless coverage depends on the host and environment.

Does the holder charge the scanner?

Does offline memory manage my stock?
