The DIGITUS DK-1644-010/B is a 1 m blue Cat 6 S/FTP patch cable with AWG 27/7 copper conductors and a halogen-free LSOH jacket, designed for Gigabit Ethernet connections in racks and at the desk.
The part number is DK-1644-010/B (EAN 4016032321637). Each pair is wrapped in its own foil (PiMF) and the whole bundle sits under a braided screen, giving strong protection against crosstalk and interference. It is tested to 250 MHz and built to ISO/IEC 11801, TIA/EIA-568 and IEC 60332-1. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Before you buy
This is a Cat 6 cord (250 MHz). It is ideal for Gigabit Ethernet and can carry 10 Gbps only over short channels (about 55 m). If you are building a 10 GbE backbone, choose the DIGITUS DK-1644-A Cat 6A cords instead. DIGITUS publishes no PoE class for this cord. The shielding is fully effective only when both ports are grounded.
