The DIGITUS DN-93617-12 is a pack of 12 shielded CAT 6A RJ45 keystone modules with tool-free termination and a reclosable "intelligent" cable manager for strain relief and cable fixing, rated to 500 MHz for 10GBASE-T. It suits installers wiring patch panels and data outlets who want the cable held firmly in each module.

The nickel-plated zinc die-cast body has 360° shield contact and a metal locking lever. At 21.0 x 14.5 x 34.5 mm the module allows a full row in a 19-inch 1U panel, and DIGITUS rates it for at least 1000 mating cycles.

• 10GBASE-T to 100 m channel when the full link is shielded CAT 6A — the usual standard for new office and building cabling.
• Tool-free LSA termination: lay the pairs in the colour-coded T568A or T568B slots and close the module, no punch-down tool needed.
• 360° shield contact carries the cable screen into the panel, so earthing works the way shielded cabling requires.
• PoE, PoE+ and 4PPoE (802.3af/at/bt) are supported, so access points and cameras can be powered over the same link.
• The reclosable cable manager clamps the cable behind the module, so pulling on the cable does not stress the terminations — and it can be reopened for re-work.

• CAT 6A performance needs shielded CAT 6A cable and patch cords end to end; with lower-category parts the link drops to that category.
• It is a keystone jack, not a cable plug — it needs a keystone patch panel, outlet or box.
• Conductors outside AWG 26–22 are not specified.
