DIGITUS DN-19 FAN-4-SRV — 4-Fan Roof Cooling Unit for Unique Server Cabinets
4 fans · 9.2 m³/minThermostat 0–70 °CUnique server serieslight grey RAL 7035
The DIGITUS Professional DN-19 FAN-4-SRV is a roof cooling unit with 4 fans, an adjustable thermostat and an on/off switch, made to be installed in the roof module of DIGITUS Unique series server cabinets. It extracts warm air from the top of the cabinet at up to 9.2 m³/min, which is where heat from servers, switches and UPS units accumulates.
The thermostat can be set between 0 °C and +70 °C so the fans only run when the cabinet actually needs cooling, and the unit is powered by a 1.8 m cable with a CEE 7/7 (Schuko) plug. DIGITUS specifies a noise level of 43/48 dBA per fan at 50/60 Hz operation.
Before you order: This unit is for the roof of DIGITUS Unique series server cabinets. DIGITUS sells different roof fan units for Unique / Unique Light network cabinets and Unique Server-N (FAN-x-N models), for wall housings and for 19 inch horizontal mounting (FAN-x-HO). Check the cabinet series on its label before ordering.
What's in the Box
- 1 × DIGITUS roof cooling unit with 4 fans, thermostat and on/off switch (light grey RAL 7035)
- Fixing material
- Integrated 1.8 m power cable with CEE 7/7 (Schuko) plug
What It Means in Practice
- Thermostat control: fans run only above the temperature you set, reducing noise and wear.
- Top-mounted extraction removes the hottest air where it collects.
- Plugs into a normal Schuko socket or a rack power strip with Schuko outlets.
- Manual on/off switch for maintenance or quiet periods.
What Will Not Work
- Not for Unique / Unique Light network cabinets or Unique Server-N — those use the FAN-x-N units.

- No dust filter is included.
- It cannot be connected to a C13 PDU outlet without an adapter cable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Cabinet cooling problems are usually fixed at the roof, not the front: warm air rises and needs a way out. A thermostat-controlled unit like this keeps fans off most of the day and on when it matters. Make sure the unit matches your cabinet series; for other cooling and mounting parts see our rack accessories.
✓ Buy it if you have a DIGITUS Unique server cabinet and need thermostat-controlled roof extraction.
✕ Skip it if your cabinet is a Unique network, Unique Server-N, wall housing or another brand.
→ Also consider DIGITUS DN-19 FAN-4-SRV-B (black) or FAN-6-SRV-B (6 fans, 13.8 m³/min).
Send us the part number on your DIGITUS cabinet and we will confirm the matching roof fan unit.
