DIGITUS Quick Lock Front Panel — 6x SC simplex / LC duplex, for DN-96200-QL
For DN-96200-QL6 cut-outs, verticalSC simplex / LC duplexQuick lock
The DIGITUS DN-96208-QL is an empty 1U front panel for the DIGITUS quick lock splice box DN-96200-QL, with six vertical cut-outs that take SC simplex or LC duplex couplers. It is the part that turns the empty quick lock housing into a working splice box with the connector type you choose.
The quick lock system lets the panel be fitted and removed quickly, and the fixing material is included. Couplers, pigtails and splice cassettes are chosen and ordered separately.
Before you order: This panel only fits the DIGITUS quick lock housing DN-96200-QL. It does not fit other splice boxes or patch panels, and it is supplied without couplers.
What's in the Box
- 1x front panel, quick lock, 6 cut-outs for SC simplex / LC duplex (vertical), grey
- Fixing material
What It Means in Practice
- Six coupler positions, each taking one SC simplex or one LC duplex coupler.
- Vertical coupler orientation keeps patch cords tidy and easy to grip in a dense 1U space.
- Pair it with the DN-96200-QL housing plus couplers, pigtails and a splice cassette in your fibre class to build a complete splice box.
- Swapping the panel later lets you change connector type without replacing the whole box.
What Will Not Work
- It will not fit any housing other than DN-96200-QL.
- No couplers are included — the panel alone cannot carry a fibre connection.
- On its own it is not a splice box: the housing is a separate product.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Modular quick lock boxes make sense when you want to choose fibre class and connector yourself or change them later. If you would rather splice straight away, a pre-equipped 1U splice box saves ordering five separate parts. Shelves and cable management for the same cabinet are in our rack accessories.
✓ Buy it if you already have or are ordering the DN-96200-QL housing and want 6 vertical SC simplex or LC duplex positions.
✕ Skip it if you need a complete, ready-to-splice box, or your housing is not DN-96200-QL.
→ Also consider DN-96200-QL quick lock housing; a pre-equipped DIGITUS 1U splice box with couplers and pigtails already fitted.
Tell us your fibre type and how many fibres you are terminating and we will list the full quick lock set (housing, panel, couplers, pigtails) before you order.
