The DIGITUS DN-95104-1 is a single-port Gigabit PoE++ injector to IEEE 802.3bt that delivers up to 60 W over one network cable. It adds power to a link from any normal (non-PoE) switch or router, so you can install a high-power access point, PTZ camera or display where there is no socket.
Data passes at 10/100/1000 Mbps over up to 100 m. The output has current limiting, short-circuit protection and automatic detection and classification of the connected device, so non-PoE equipment is not damaged. Power comes from a built-in supply fed by the supplied mains cable.
Before you order: The output is 60 W (802.3bt). Devices that need more than 60 W will not run at full function; devices that only accept passive 24 V PoE are not supported.

What It Means in Practice
- Connect your switch or router to the data-in port and the powered device to the PoE-out port — no configuration.
- Good fit for a single Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 access point or PTZ camera that a PoE+ switch cannot fully power.
- One injector powers one device. For several PoE devices, a PoE switch is usually simpler.
- Idle self-consumption is 0.41 W; at full load the injector draws up to 65.49 W.
What Will Not Work
- It does not add network ports — it is not a switch.
- Passive PoE (24 V/48 V non-standard) devices will not be powered.
- It does not extend range beyond 100 m on its own.
- Devices that need more than 60 W will not get full power.
