DIGITUS HDMI KVM IP Extender Set — Full HD up to 120 m, Keyboard & Mouse over Your Network
KVM over IPFull HD 1080p/60120 m point-to-pointUp to 253 screens
The DIGITUS DS-55529 is a Full HD HDMI KVM-over-IP extender set: a transmitter and a receiver that carry 1080p/60 video and audio plus USB keyboard and mouse over CAT 5e or better cable — up to 120 m point-to-point, or over unlimited distance through your existing network switches. With DS-55530 receivers, one source can be shown on up to 253 screens.
It lets you keep a computer in a secure room and work at it from a distant desk, kiosk or control point, or run signage you can operate from any of the screens. A KVM button on the receiver selects which receiver currently controls the source.
Before you order: Works with CAT 5e cable, so existing installations can often be reused. For multi-screen setups, connect the units through network switches; a dedicated switch or VLAN is recommended.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Full HD KVM over IP is the practical choice for offices, factories and kiosks: you get remote control of the PC and multi-screen distribution on cabling you probably already have. Plan the switch side with suitable network switches and the system grows with you.
✓ Buy it if you need Full HD with keyboard and mouse at a remote location, over CAT 5e or your LAN, possibly on several screens.
✕ Skip it if you need 4K (DS-55355) or IR control of the source (DS-55517 or DS-55351).
→ Also consider DIGITUS DS-55355 (4K/60 KVM IP) or DS-55507 (Full HD KVM IP with IR, 150 m).
